Over time we have been able to establish a strong business relationship with the main structures of the island and today we guarantee that our prices stay at Samet they are the best available in the market. Of reduced size and elongated from north to south (total length of a few km), the island of Samet is characterized on the eastern side by a continuous stretch of beaches and bays, all of immense beauty. The most precious pearl, however, is preserved in the western side of the bay of Ao Prao.
Sai Kaew Beach
And 'the most northern beach, the largest, the most popular and the easiest to get to the island. Here is concentrated the majority of facilities for medium and low. The accommodation of the highest category is the Sai Kaew Beach Resort. Sai Kaew extends for several hundred meters. And 'characterized by fine white sand, clear water and sandy bottom completely. The gradient increases with depth of the sea, leaving limited space for swimming up to several tens of meters from the shore. The beach is subject to the action of the tides with an average change in width of the beach quite pronounced. Some traits with corals and its capability to snorkel the reefs are found near the far left of the bay. Here you can find various water sports including water scooters, banana boat and outboard motor boats for hire for trips at sea. This stretch of beach is busy with boats on average, for which mandatory lanes are still available. There are dangers for bathing. At night the town is very lively. West Coast (Ao Prao)
The western section of coast is almost entirely rock, with the exception of the beautiful bay of Ao Prao. Remote and hidden, Ao Prao is like an island in the island, away from everything and everyone. Here, surrounded by a dense and luxuriant vegetation, runs a long beach of fine white sand. The bay has very little depth to its size and you can easily walk on the sandy bottom to the end of the same, where extensive coral reefs go almost to the surface and are easy to admire, even without the aid of fins and mask. Ao Prao structures are the two highest categories of the island, the historic Ao Prao Resort, tourist class, and the new and luxurious Le Vimarn Cottages. In addition to these structures, not the entire bay is almost nothing else. Only a few restaurants and nothing else. At night the bay is extremely quiet, with no activity. The place is ideal for total relaxation in privacy and in harmony with nature.
